Research peptides are highly specialized products that require strict handling, temperature control, and chain of custody protocols to maintain their integrity and stability. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its condition, purity, or sterility if it were to be returned. This policy ensures the safety and quality standards required for research-grade materials.

Additionally, our products are manufactured to order specifications and are subject to regulatory restrictions that prevent us from accepting returned items back into our inventory. These factors, combined with the need to maintain the highest quality standards for research applications, make it necessary for us to implement a strict no-refund policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact our support team immediately at support@purgolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost. Shipping errors and product defects caused by our facility are covered under this exception.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled if requested within 24 hours of placement and before the order enters processing. Once an order has entered our fulfillment process, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact support@purgolabs.com immediately with your order number.
