- • UPS 3 Day Select: live rate by address
- • UPS 2nd Day Air: live rate by address
- • UPS Next Day Air: live rate by address
- • Free UPS 3 Day Select on orders over $250 after discount code deduction.
Estimated delivery windows
- • UPS 3 Day Select: typically 3 business days
- • UPS 2nd Day Air: typically 2 business days
- • UPS Next Day Air: target timeline based on UPS routing and service conditions.
- • All delivery windows are estimates published by UPS and can shift due to weather, routing, or volume.
Carrier timing and delay policy
- • We do not promise specific delivery dates, including Next Day Air delivery dates.
- • Once a package is scanned by UPS, transit speed and delivery timing are controlled by UPS.
- • We always aim for the fastest outcome, but carrier delays are outside our direct control.
- • Shipping-delay refunds are not automatic and are only reviewed after a reasonable delay window.
- • Any shipping-service refund must be approved by UPS before we can pass that refund through.
