Research use, payment authorization, and order verification

All Purgo Labs products are sold strictly as research-use-only (RUO) materials. They may not be used for human consumption, veterinary care, food, drug, cosmetic, or household applications, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose. These materials are not approved by the FDA for use in humans or animals and must not be described as licensed pharmaceuticals.

I will keep these materials under the control of technically trained personnel, store them according to the product label, follow ordinary laboratory safety practice, and use them only in a manner consistent with applicable law.

I am responsible for following OSHA hazard-communication rules, TSCA requirements, state chemical-handling rules, and laboratory safety and disposal standards. It is my obligation to confirm that purchasing and possessing any material is lawful and appropriate in my jurisdiction before I order.

By submitting payment or accepting these terms at checkout, I certify that I am at least 21 years old, that I understand the research-only nature of these materials, that I am buying them solely for legitimate laboratory work, that I will not misuse or resell them for prohibited uses, and that I accept Purgo Labs' Terms of Service and related policies.

Purgo Labs assumes no responsibility for misuse, improper storage, unauthorized applications, or any use outside laboratory research. I accept full responsibility for my own compliance.

I certify that I am the authorized holder of the payment method used, that the billing details I submit are accurate, that the lawful account holder approved this charge, and that I am not using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorized payment credentials.

I confirm that the delivery address belongs to me or to a recipient I am authorized to ship to, and that I have permission to receive packages there. I understand Purgo Labs or its carriers may use signature capture, carrier checks, delivery confirmation, GPS drop-off data, or identity review to reduce fraud.

I agree to contact Purgo Labs at support@purgolabs.com before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Submitting a false “unauthorized transaction” claim after goods have been received is payment fraud. Fraudulent disputes may lead to civil recovery and reports to processors and fraud-prevention databases. Delivery confirmation, tracking scans, signature records, IP logs, order-review notes, and customer messages may be used in any investigation.

False reports that a package was lost, stolen, missing, or never delivered may constitute mail fraud. Carrier tracking, GPS delivery coordinates, signatures, weight checks, and scan history may be reviewed. Purgo Labs may refuse a replacement or refund when fraud is reasonably suspected.

Purgo Labs may request identity or payment verification, cancel or decline a suspicious order, hold a shipment for manual review, restrict payment methods based on risk, and notify processors, carriers, or authorities when fraud is suspected.

By placing an order, finishing checkout, or accepting these terms electronically, I certify that the information I submitted is true, that the transaction is legitimate and authorized, that I understand these anti-fraud and payment-authorization rules, and that I am responsible for complying with applicable law and payment-network rules.
